What Shipping Methods are available?

Standard Shipping: Your order will be shipped to your doorstep in approx. 7-12 Days. There are no extra/hidden charges involved.

Priority Express Shipping (Available On Select Items): 2-5 Business Days.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Standard Shipping -  (United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom): 7 - 20 Business days.

Priority Express Shipping to USA and U.K: 2 - 7 Business Days

Standard Shipping to International Countries: 20-45 Business days.

There are no hidden charges. If the package is not been delivered within this specified time, please contact our customer support team for an update ASAP. 
(Note: The shipping time does not include the dispatch time which is generally 1 - 5 business days.)

Please allow a few extra days for delays caused by COVID-19.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. 


Products shipped from overseas. In some cases, shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Unfortunately BlueGear has no control over these charges, nor can BlueGear estimate what the additional charges may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information Please contact your local customs office. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our scheduled delivery period. Due to customs regulatory policies, we never list purchased items as a gift or undervalue the product price.

Payment Process

At Bluegear.co we accept several payment methods. You can complete your purchase with any major Credit or Debit Card provider or via PayPal.

All payments must be received in full prior to dispatch of goods or issuance of a coupon. In case if your payment is declined by your bank, credit card issuer, or our website, Bluegear.co will not fulfill your order.

All transactions are in US Dollars. PayPal or any major Credit or Debit Card provider will automatically convert your payment to your local currency.


Unfortunately, we don't accept "Cash On Delivery".

How Do I Cancel My Order

If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us at; support@bluegear.co within 6 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

If it's past the 6 hour allotted timeline, Unfortunately we cannot make any changes to your order as we have already started the shipping process.

About Returns & Refunds

What is Your Return Policy?

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your items.

Our store does NOT accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that is lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: BlueGear will not be held liable to any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. international customers must provide a phone number.

How Long Does it Take to Receive a Refund?

In most cases, the amount should reflect back to your account within 5 business days after your refund has been processed. The refund will be credited to the account that you used to pay the order. PayPal refunds are instant but refunds to your credit/debit card can take up to 7 business days.

I received an incorrect item/order

If you have received an item that you did not order or somebody else's order entirely, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help our Customer Support Team expedite this process, please kindly attach some clear photos of the incorrect order or items you have received.

Perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for an exchange or refund.

Coupon Codes

How to Redeem Your Coupon Code

Please click on “checkout” and fill in payment information, then click on “continue”, and you will be redirected to a new page where the coupon code can be redeemed. The code needs to be entered exactly as advertised with any capital letters and spaces.
